Victim Support Europe is organising a unique one-day innovation event at the iconic C-mine in Genk, a creative hotspot where industrial heritage meets cutting-edge ideas. The event is free of charge, and buses from Brussels will be provided for attendees. You will be able to join innovators, victim support professionals, law enforcement experts, policymakers, researchers, technology developers, and civil society for a day of collaboration, inspiration, and practical solutions that are shaping the future of victim support.

A. Technology Directly Supporting Victims
Technologies that improve access to information, protection, support services, safety, accessibility, and inclusion.
B. Technology for Education and Awareness on Victims’ Issues
Solutions that strengthen training, professional development, public awareness, and understanding of victims’ rights and needs.
C. Technology Supporting Victim Support Services and Partner Organisations Working With/For Victims
Responsible and ethical AI applications, digital tools, and other technologies that enhance victim support, referral pathways, justice processes, and the efficiency of victim support services.
