Laura Järvenpää

Sustainability specialist

Laura joined Heuni in 2025 and works as a Sustainability Specialist, supporting private sector and other relevant actors in relation to human rights due diligence processes with a specific focus on identification and addressing labor exploitation in intra-European supply chains.

Laura holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Henley Business School. Previously Laura has worked in the private sector as a sustainability manager, and for an extended perioed as a policy advisor in the European Parliament focusing especially on corporate sustainability legislation.
