Andrea Di Nicola, Associate Professor of Criminology at the Faculty of Law, University of Trento and director of the Centre of Security and Crime Sciences of the Universities of Trento and Verona. Andrea Di Nicola specializes in digital crime and the criminology of the digital society, with over 20 years of experience in international research projects. He will provide criminological reflection on how digitalization is reshaping both crime and its governance.
Ari Evwaraye, Director of Strategy, Ministry of the Interior. Ari Evwaraye will present the Ministry of the Interior’s foresight work and the security dimensions of societal trust and social capital.
Commentary speech by Matti Näsi, University Lecturer, Institute of Criminology and Legal Policy. Matti Näsi will comment on the current crime situation and future trends.
The event will conclude with a panel discussion and time for audience comments.
