Recommendations focus specifically on how the digitalisation of criminal proceedings affects encounters with and hearings of adult participants (i.e., defendants, victims and witnesses) and how the capacity of criminal justice actors (judges, lawyers and prosecutors) to operate in this context can be strengthened.
